Orange Rolls

I use just about any leftover bread dough I have to make these because we love them for breakfast. Or I will use half the Cinnamon roll recipe to make these so we have half cinnamon and half orange rolls.

Roll out to about ¼ inch thickness. Spread butter generously over dough and cover with sugar mixture (2 cups sugar, zest of an orange). Roll up the dough and slice into rolls about 1 inch thick. Place on greased jellyroll pans. Let rise in warm oven about 2-3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-18 minutes or until lightly browned.

Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup orange juice
