This was brought to my brothers wedding open house by our friend Deb and I think I had like 4th servings of it! Its so yummy!
2 bunches of clean spinach
1 pint strawberries, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Caramelized Pecans:
1/3 c sugar
½ c orange juice
1 cube butter
1 ¼ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp red pepper
¼ tsp mace
Mix with pecans and bake at 350° for 40 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
Dressing:
½ tsp mayo
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
¼ c milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
