Sugar Cookies, Fruit Pizza, & Cream Cheese Icing

This sugar cookie recipe came from my roommate Andrea. They are so soft and fluffy! It makes the best fruit pizza crust but watch out because it does rise quite bit so make your crust about 1/2 the thickness you want it to be in the end otherwise it ends up to be to much crust!
Cookie:
4 c flour
1 c Crisco
1 ½ c sugar
2 eggs
3 ½ tsp baking powder
¾ c milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Combine dry ingredients and then add the wet. Roll out and cut into shapes or roll into balls for cookies. The dough rises and spreads so don’t place to closely. If you want to make a fruit pizza press it into a jelly roll pan, but remember it will rise quite a bit so don’t make it more than a1/4 of an inch thick. Frost with cream cheese icing and if making fruit pizza load it with strawberries, mandarin oranges, kiwi, bananas, pineapple, and other fruit.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 pound powdered sugar
8 oz package cream cheese
½ c butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla

Beat together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla until smooth. Then add the powdered sugar.
